Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping within the United States (5-7 business days). Expedited shipping available for additional cost.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your Narryo device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The device must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned device and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription to premium content, you may cancel at any time. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

Warranty Coverage

One-Year Limited Warranty: Narryo devices are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Extended Warranty

Optional extended warranty plans are available for purchase, extending coverage for an additional one or two years beyond the standard warranty.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged device, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
