By creating an account, purchasing a Narryo device, or using our services, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Narryo account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Permitted Use

Narryo services are intended for personal, non-commercial use by families. You may use your voice clone to narrate stories for your own children or family members. You may not:

• Use Narryo for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Share your voice clone with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract voice models
• Upload content that infringes copyright or contains harmful material
• Use the service to impersonate others or create misleading content

Voice Cloning Rights

You retain all rights to your voice recordings and cloned voice. By using our service, you grant Narryo a limited license to process your voice data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Content Rights

Stories in our library are provided under license from publishers and authors. You may access and listen to these stories through Narryo but do not acquire ownership rights to the content.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Narryo to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Narryo services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimers

Narryo services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that voice clones will be perfect or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narryo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Narryo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
